Cultivate Psychology provides a range of assessment and therapeutic services across the lifespan, including perinatal, child, adolescent, and adult services.
We work with individuals, couples, parents and families navigating anxiety, low mood, adjustment challenges, trauma, relationship and parenting concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and neurodivergence, among other presentations.

Our approach is evidence-based with a considered, relational style.
Sessions may involve building practical coping strategies, developing insight, strengthening communication, and gently addressing patterns that feel difficult to change alone. Alternatively, sessions may be booked for formal assessments, including ADHD and Autism- Spectrum assessments.
Where appropriate, we collaborate with GPs, schools, and other health professionals to ensure coordinated and continuity of care.
