Dr Yuvi
Lutchman

Dr Yuvi Lutchman is a warm and insightful Clinical Psychology Registrar with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, dedicated to supporting teens, young adults, and older adults through some of life’s more challenging chapters. She brings genuine curiosity, compassion, and clinical expertise to every session — creating a safe space where clients feel welcomed, understood, and supported.

Yuvi works with people navigating a wide range of emotional and life challenges, including anxiety in its many forms — whether that looks like generalised worry, health anxiety, panic, or OCD — as well as depression, grief and loss, perfectionism, burnout, and sleep difficulties. She is particularly passionate about walking alongside clients during times when life feels harder to navigate — when pressure and uncertainty build up, and when feeling lost or exhausted becomes harder to shake than anyone expects. She understands that these moments are rarely small, and that the right support at the right time can change everything.

Her approach is personalised, evidence-informed, and deeply collaborative —always tailored to each person’s unique strengths and needs. She works alongside clients to build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move toward a life that genuinely feels like their own. Sessions are available both face-to-face and via telehealth, offering flexibility to suit different needs and circumstances

Central to Yuvi’s practice is her belief in the power of a genuine therapeutic relationship — one where clients feel supported, deeply understood, and free from judgement. At Cultivate Psychology, “safe to begin, supported to grow” is more than a tagline. It is the foundation of every session, and the standard Yuvi holds herself to every day. She is deeply honoured to be part of her clients’ journey as they take steps toward living with greater clarity, self-compassion, and confidence.
