Kylie works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, thoughtfully tailoring therapy to each person’s unique experiences and goals. She brings a compassionate and collaborative style to her work, alongside extensive experience across both private practice and government sectors. As a senior psychologist and executive coach with over 10 years’ experience, Kylie integrates professional expertise with a genuine interest in each client’s journey toward growth, healing, and long-term wellbeing.
With extensive experience working with Workcover clients, Kylie has a strong understanding of the complexities surrounding work-related stress, trauma, and injury. She is highly experienced in supporting clients navigating the workers compensation system.
Her areas of therapeutic interest include anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Kylie draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-focused therapies, mindfulness, and psychoeducation, always adapting her approach to best suit the individual.
